Client Agreement and Consent

By completing any form or requesting services from Bellure Home Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Delivery

Bellure Home Spa provides luxury mobile esthetics and wellness services in the comfort of your home. All services are performed by licensed professionals who adhere to the Bellure Care Protocol, ensuring dignity-centered, personalized care.

2. Health & Safety

You agree to disclose all relevant health information, allergies, sensitivities, and contraindications that may affect your service. This information will be kept confidential and used solely to provide safe, effective care.

3. Accessibility & Accommodations

You agree to provide accurate information about your home environment, including any mobility considerations, accessibility requirements, or special accommodations needed for service delivery.

4. Pet Policy & Safety Requirements

For the safety of our technicians, yourself, and your pets, the following pet policy must be strictly followed:

Important: If you are unable to secure your pet(s) away from the treatment area when the technician arrives, the following will apply:

Please Note: We understand that pets are beloved family members. This policy is not meant to inconvenience you, but to ensure everyone's safety. If you need to reschedule to arrange for pet accommodation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance — we're happy to work with you!

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

8. Professional Conduct

All Bellure professionals are trained in dignity-centered care and will treat you with respect and compassion. We maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and client safety.

9. Membership Terms (if applicable)

Membership benefits and terms are outlined in your specific membership tier agreement. Membership is application-based and subject to approval.

10. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you acknowledge that spa and wellness services carry inherent risks. You agree to release Bellure Home Spa from liability for any adverse reactions or injuries that may occur, except in cases of negligence or misconduct.

11. Changes to Terms

Bellure Home Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
